EN Standard Buchholz relay for liquid-immersed power transformers
Buchholz relays detect faults and minimize the propagation of any damage which might occur within liquid-filled transformers. The Buchholz relay senses short circuit faults due to overheating, bad connections and ageing, and closes the alarm circuit.

The normal face gauge for oil immersed power transformers
The CEDASPE® NFG is a magnetic oil-level indicator used for checking and measuring the oil level inside the conservator. The outcome is an analogic indication given by an arrow spacing on a graduated dial and by one or more electric contacts (up to 4 switches) switching when oil reaches the min/max level. The body is a single piece of oil-proof aluminum casting. CEDASPE® NFG series has an IP65 protection degree, suitable for heavy-duty environmental conditions.

CEDASPE® CPR3
The protecting device for PT transformers conservator
CEDASPE® CPR is a protective device specially designed to detect failures in the rubber bag with the risk of air getting inside the conservator. The CEDASPE® CPR device senses such faults, operating the alarm circuit. Air generated by these faults is captured and collected inside the gas accumulation chamber, where the movement of a float activates the magnetic switch.

CEDASPE® DAROC (former ETI)
Shutter valve
The DAROC oil check valve is designed to prevent the oil contained in the conservator from flowing out when a leak occurs and, for Series EDS-R, to signal this by an electric contact. It is fitted on the pipe from tank to conservator, in series with the Buchholz relay, so it can be used on conservators with free oil surface as well as on conservators with air bag. Its operation is completely automatic; when, due to a leakage in the tank, the oil flow rate from conservator to tank exceeds a set value, the DAROC valve closes the pipe thus preventing the loss of the conservator oil.

CEDASPE® VE
Conventional air dehydrating breathers for power transformers with hydraulic valve
CEDASPE® VE conventional breathers are used for dehydrating the air before it enters the transformer. They consist of a transparent hollow cylinder tube which contain chemically pure silicium salt (silica gel) with a colored indicator. The silica gel, which absorbs the humidity, indicates the saturation degree by changing color. The salt, when saturated, can be easily removed and replaced.
